Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or service, we respectfully require clients request that you provide us with a minimum notice of 36 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the vacant slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. For cancellations made within the designated notice period, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment or provide a full refund of any prepaid fees. However, cancellations made outside of the specified notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit made.
