Cancellation Policy
At My Swim Village, LLC, we understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. We have a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness to both our clients and our team. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or service, we respectfully require clients request that you provide us with a minimum notice of 36 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the vacant slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. For cancellations made within the designated notice period, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment or provide a full refund of any prepaid fees. However, cancellations made outside of the specified notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit made. We value your understanding and cooperation in honoring our cancellation policy, as it enables us to serve all of our clients efficiently and fairly.
