About the event
We are back in the water!! Are you ready to Swim for Fitness!! Workouts are great in the water with so many health and wellness benefits! We will be focused on endurance and strength building swimming workouts that will help us improve our fitness and become better swimmers overall! We will also build our swim community and have the opportunity to have positive support and representation!
So get your towels, goggles, swim wear, and fins ready! We are about to have a great swimming time!
*Note- Park across the street in the church parking lot. Please Do not enter Morehouse College's main campus to park on campus. Walk across the street and come directly to Archer Hall Building and we will help you all to the pool! We will start at 1:00 pm!
